Each contractor in this directory has been carefully selected and has a clear understanding of the realities of therapy work and private practice. Many have collaborated with TBC through workshops or direct partnerships.

  • It is a curated list of external professionals who offer services that support therapists in building and running their private practice, such as websites, systems, marketing, or photography.

    These services sit alongside TBC. They are not part of the membership itself.

  • The directory is for TBC members who want practical support with specific tasks they prefer not to do themselves, or do not have the capacity for at this moment in their practice.

    There is no expectation to use any of the services listed.

  • All contractors are invited intentionally.
    They are selected based on:

    • experience working with therapists or similar professionals

    • alignment with TBC’s values and way of working

    • prior collaboration with TBC (for example through a workshop or referral)

    This is a curated directory, not an open listing.

  • TBC curates the directory but does not manage, supervise, or take responsibility for the delivery of services.

    Any collaboration or agreement is entered into directly between you and the contractor.

  • Many contractors offer TBC-specific benefits, such as discounted rates, tailored packages, or priority availability.
    These offers are listed clearly in each profile, under the Contact section

  • In some cases, TBC may receive a referral fee for introductions.
    Where this applies, it is always disclosed transparently.

  • No.
    All services in the directory are paid separately and contracted directly with the provider.

  • Yes. Member suggestions are very welcome.
