Welcome to The Therapy Business Circle (“Provider”), a community created to support therapists in growing and sustaining their private practices through professional development, supervision, business mentoring, retreats, and resources.

By purchasing or participating in any of our services (Memberships, Starter’s Kit, Retreats, or 1:1 Services), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Purpose

The Therapy Business Circle (“TBC”) provides educational programs, resources, mentoring, and community-based activities to help therapists strengthen their therapeutic and business skills.

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between the Provider (The Therapy Business Circle) and you (the “Member” or “Participant”).

2. Services Provided

Depending on the service purchased, TBC may provide:

  • Membership access to peer supervision, intervision, workshops, strategy sessions, accountability groups, and resources.

  • The Starter’s Kit, including tools and guidance to set up a private practice in the Netherlands.

  • Retreats for reflection, professional development, and strategy.

  • 1:1 Services, such as supervision, coaching, and strategy days.

The Provider may improve, expand, or update services over time to best support therapists.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Fees are listed on our website or invoices and depend on the selected program.

  • Payments are due in full at purchase, or according to the selected payment plan.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in the specific cases described under “Termination” (Section 4).

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer).

4. Term and Termination

  • Memberships: Initial commitments are set at 6 or 12 months, depending on the plan. After the initial term, memberships may automatically renew unless cancelled with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

  • Retreats, Starter’s Kit, and 1:1 Services: One-time purchases are non-refundable.

  • The Provider may terminate this Agreement immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or unprofessional behavior.

  • If the Provider cancels a service early (e.g., an annual membership), refunds may be issued proportionally for unused months, minus administrative fees.

5. Confidentiality

  • Members and Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of all discussions, supervision, intervision, and shared resources.

  • Confidential information about other members, clients, or the Provider must not be shared without explicit written permission.

  • The Provider agrees to protect all personal data in line with GDPR and Dutch privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, recordings, templates, and tools shared through TBC are the intellectual property of the Provider.

  • Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for their own professional development only.

  • Materials may not be copied, distributed, or sold without the Provider’s written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully, constructively, and professionally in all TBC activities.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

  • Avoid misuse of resources for resale, copying, or unauthorized distribution.

Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes such as client acquisition, income growth, or personal success.

  • Participation in TBC services is at your own risk.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

  • The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leiden, the Netherlands.
