The Therapy Business Circle Membership

Therapy has changed.

But you don’t need to figure it out all by yourself.

Two women therapists sitting side by side with phones in hand, symbolizing how therapy has changed with new client expectations, technology, and business demands.

Being a great therapist today requires more than clinical skills.

With more psychologists and coaches than ever, new client expectations, endless admin, and business demands we were never taught, the “traditional therapist” model no longer works.

That’s why the Therapy Business Circle was created: a supportive membership that combines clinical supervision, business mentoring, and community.

So you can grow your practice with clarity, confidence, and care, without burning out.

Why being a therapist feels harder than ever

  • Standing out in a crowded field

With so many psychologists and coaches, how do you differentiate yourself when everyone “treats anxiety” or “works with burnout”?

Clients today have endless options, and you’re left wondering: why would they choose me?

  • The ceiling of 1:1 work

More clients mean more income, but also the risk of burnout. Fewer clients mean balance, but a fragile income.

The traditional 1:1-only model simply isn’t sustainable.

  • The heavy administrative burden

Licensing, compliance, privacy policies, insurance, invoices, notes; the paperwork grows while your energy shrinks.

And no one prepared you for the sleepless nights of doubt and overwhelm.

  • Lack of business training

Marketing, pricing, growth, scaling, clarity on your ideal client; none of this was taught at university.

Running a practice feels like a side hustle you’re expected to magically master.

  • Changing client expectations

Clients today don’t just want to “talk.” They arrive informed by social media, asking for CBT, ACT, EMDR, or “tools that work.”

They test several therapists before choosing one, ghosting you or leaving you feeling pressured to prove your worth.

  • Imposter syndrome

Even with years of training, you still find yourself asking: “Am I good enough? Do I really know what I’m doing?”

Left unchecked, self-doubt doesn’t just drain your confidence; it sabotages your growth and makes it harder to attract and keep the clients you deserve.

And it doesn’t stop there…

On top of these, many therapists also struggle with:

  • Complex client cases that feel overwhelming without the right supervision.

  • Boundaries with clients, where empathy risks slipping into overextension.

  • Client retention & consistent caseload, creating anxiety around financial stability.

  • Time management, trying to balance sessions, admin, and life.

  • Continuous training, always needing to “catch up” with new approaches.

  • Financial uncertainty, with income fluctuating month to month.

  • Isolation, feeling like you’re the only one facing these challenges.

What if your practice could feel lighter, clearer, and truly sustainable?

Imagine waking up without that weight of self-doubt, worry or overwhelm.

You know exactly who you serve and how to reach them.

Your calendar feels balanced: clients you love working with, space for yourself, and freedom from burnout.

Instead of nights spent worrying about money, admin, or “Am I good enough?”, you feel calm and confident.

You know your work is valued, your income is steady, and your practice grows in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

You don’t feel alone anymore.

You’re part of a supportive circle of therapists who get it: fellow colleagues who share their wins, their struggles, and their strategies, so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

This is what’s possible when you have the right mix of supervision, business mentoring, and community.

  • You’re setting up your practice and want guidance on systems, fees, and how to attract your first clients without feeling lost.

Wherever you are on the path, the Circle is here to help you:
* strengthen your clinical skills,
* build a sustainable practice, and
* find a community of colleagues who understand both therapy and business.

Why This Is Different

Most spaces for therapists focus on only one piece of the puzzle.

  • Supervision groups can help with clinical questions. BUT free ones often lack structure or consistency. They stop after a while, and you’re left without steady support.

  • Business coaching programs offer marketing strategies. BUT they rarely understand the ethics and heart of therapeutic work. And for many therapists, a private coach is simply too expensive and unsustainable.

  • Free online groups can be noisy and scattered. BUT they leave you with more overwhelm than clarity.

You’ve already invested years into becoming a therapist. But no one prepared you for running a practice — the systems, the business skills, the confidence to stand out.

The Therapy Business Circle gives you the supervision, tools, and community you need for the fee that equals about one supervision session a month.

An investment in your practice — and in yourself.

Find Your Place in the Premium Circle

The Therapy Business Circle is different because it brings all of these together under one roof:

Clinical depth + Business tools + Community support.

Here, you don’t have to choose between becoming a better therapist, learning how to grow your practice, or finding colleagues who understand you.

You get all three.

We bridge the gap between therapy and business, so you can:

  • Feel confident in your therapeutic skills.

  • Build systems and strategies that actually work.

  • Belong to a community that keeps you inspired, accountable, and never alone.

 FAQs

  • All workshops and Q&As are recorded and uploaded in our library, so you can catch up anytime.

Live supervision groups aren’t recorded to keep them confidential, but there are multiple times each month to join.

  • It’s flexible. Some members come to one or two sessions a month, others join every week. You’ll get value no matter how much you participate — and the Circle will always be here when you need it.

  • Yes, after your initial commitment (6 or 12 months), you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. We want this to be sustainable for you — not another stressor.

  • The Circle isn’t a one-off online course you can watch and forget. It’s about sharpening your clinical and business skills — and that takes time, practice, and support.

    1. Real growth takes time. Building confidence in your therapeutic voice, creating sustainable systems, and learning to market ethically aren’t things you master in a weekend. You need consistency and space to integrate.

    2. Community takes time. You’ll meet colleagues who may become collaborators, referral partners, or even friends. But trust and real connection don’t happen in two weeks — they grow over months of showing up together.

    3. Accountability works best long-term. Many therapists join with great intentions, but it’s easy to slip back into old habits. A longer commitment ensures you follow through and see results.

That’s why we ask for 6 or 12 months: to give you the container, the time, and the community you need to make lasting changes — not quick fixes.

  • No. While many of our members are based in Europe, the Circle is open to therapists worldwide. Everything is online (apart from in-person retreats), and our community is international.

  • The Circle is built for therapists at all stages. Newer therapists get guidance on setup and confidence. Established therapists find tools to scale, refine, and avoid burnout. Wherever you are, there’s a place for you here.

The Circle gives you the steady support that free groups can’t, at a price that individual coaching never could.
